Summary
As baby boomers are finally moving towards retirement, learn how we as Millennials and late Gen-Xer’s are poised to open up a new world of workplace leadership. This one hour seminar is geared toward Millennials and will provide an overview of the different generations followed by an explanation of the leadership change. We are reshaping the workforce dynamics and learning what to anticipate during the resulting transition. Learn some general tips that will set you up for success in your new leadership position and how to best understand and manage your employees from a variety of generations. Delivered by a late Gen-xer/Millennial who was part of a generational leadership change and will share real-world experience in managing diverse generations in the workplace.

Please note that CAE exam and renewal applicants can only use a maximum of 50% of their application hours from self-study programs.

Matt started his association work in 2001 as the Member Service Coordinator for the Grain and Feed Association of Illinois. While at the Grain and Feed Association he manage an Annual Convention and Trade Show, worked with multiple volunteer boards along with organizing and developing scholarship fundraising programs.
