Summary
In a time when every priority claims itself as the most urgent, it is essential to understand the attitudes, behaviors and skills required to become effective and efficient at utilizing the resources at our disposal to handle multiple tasks and priorities. The perfect planning system, Outlook tasks, and a smart phone can certainly help improve our productivity, but they are not the solution. This fun an interactive session will provide participants an opportunity to learn specific, practical strategies to work smarter, not harder.

By the end of the session, participants will be able to:
  • Define success
  • Identify personal and professional high payoff activities
  • Utilize communication styles to maximize productivity
  • Integrate personal and professional goals
  • Minimize interruptions
  • Utilize alternatives to multi-tasking


Please note that CAE exam and renewal applicants can only use a maximum of 50% of their application hours from self-study programs.
